The goal of this project is to characterize the functions of the Arabidopsis complement of microRNAs (miRNAs), and to identify the gene regulatory networks in which they may participate (in particular during flower development), by using microarray analysis of miRNA expression and other genomic approaches.

This project is a collaboration between the MMJGG Laboratory and the Meyerowitz Laboratory, in the Division of Bology of the California Institute of Technology.

Funded by the National Science Foundation as part of the Arabidopsis 2010 Project.
